Join us for a talk with the National Movement of Weavers Ruchajixik ri qana’ojbäl, a space of memory and resistance led by Maya women weavers.
This conference will highlight the anti-racist struggle of the Movement as they fight for their dignity and collective intellectual property rights over traditional textiles and Maya clothing, challenging the violence that threatens Indigenous women and communities.
