Saturday, July 25, 2026, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Dreams have long been understood as a form of communication, learning, and spiritual guidance. In this workshop, Fausto Chali will share an introduction to the dream world through the lens of Kaqchikel Maya cosmology, exploring dreams as a space where the spirit can receive messages, guidance, and knowledge beyond everyday experience.
Through a guided conversation, participants will explore topics such as the meaning of dreams, the relationship between the dream world and the Maya sacred calendar, and different ways of interpreting the messages that emerge during sleep.
As part of the experience, the workshop will include a practical drawing exercise as a tool for visual translation and reflection, allowing participants to represent and further explore the images, symbols, and narratives that arise from their dreams.
