About the Residency Program
Founded in 2013, the residency program is the heart of LNF. We welcome emerging and established artists, curators, and cultural practitioners from Guatemala and around the world.
Each year, LNF selects five residents through our international open call.
THE RESIDENCY IS
- Research-based, not production-driven — there are no requirements to produce a final work.
- Open to all career stages and artistic mediums.
- A space to reflect, research, share, and connect across practices and communities.
- Designed to foster exchange with our local context—residents are encouraged to participate in LNF’s public programs, open studios, and community events.
