The Collaboratory of Arts for Wellbeing Dusk’s Sensitive Zones is a space where creativity meets care. Led by educator, psychologist, and researcher Esperanza de León, this series of activities uses music, literature, and audiovisual tools to explore how art can accompany processes of collective emotional healing, strengthen resilience, and build community. Each session functions as a living laboratory, shaped by the experience and feedback of participants. From autobiographical narratives to creative practices of self-preservation, the program invites participants to reclaim art as a refuge, a mirror, and a form of resistance in the face of everyday challenges.
On this occasion, we will explore migration, mestizaje, and diversity through celebration, understanding the gathering as a space for reconciliation. We will activate the body and movement through cumbia, approaching dance as a sensitive practice of crossing, rhythm, and coexistence.
A meeting to move together, listen to one another, and think collectively through the body and through shared feeling.
Free event.
